For the safety and well-being of our valued customers, we highly recommend refraining from trying to open or repair the Mini UPS. This product incorporates a Lithium-ion battery, classified as dangerous goods. The inherent risks associated with lithium-ion batteries encompass potential overheating leading to fire or explosion, resulting in burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, and environmental pollution caused by battery ruptures. To ensure the highest safety standards, it is imperative that such devices are handled exclusively by trained and experienced professionals. Unauthorized repairs may not only compromise the product’s integrity but can also pose significant risks. Please be advised that Starwatt™ disclaims responsibility for any casualties or damages resulting from unauthorized attempts to repair the Mini UPS. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and compliance with these guidelines.

Our commitment includes a warranty period for your peace of mind, and you will receive a detailed service invoice outlining the battery replacement process.

To get started with the Battery Replacement Program, simply fill out the form below and make the payment. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order, along with your unique Battery Replacement Program ID. 

Kindly note, COD is not applicable to Battery Replacement Program or any Post-Warranty Services.

Pack your Mini UPS product in an outer box, leaving out any additional accessories. Make sure to write the “BRP ID” on the package. Our trusted courier will then pick up the package from you.

After receiving your product, we aim to complete the service within 48-72 hours. During this time, your product undergoes a thorough 5-point check, and the battery is replaced. If any non repairable issues are identified, we will promptly notify you. Rest assured, we only proceed with additional repairs after obtaining your consent.

Your serviced product will be shipped back to your provided postal address.
