Facing Issue with Mini UPS? Raise a Claim

If you face any issues with your Starwatt™ Mini UPS, please Raise a Request to our RMA Team following the steps mentioned below and we will be delighted to help you.

If the warranty claim is authorized as per the Starwatt™ Limited Warranty Guidelines, the consumer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service centre as per the directions of the support executive. The One Side shipping charges will be borne by the Consumer for sending to Starwatt, One Side Shipping Charges will be borne by Starwatt. Please refer to Starwatt™ Limited Warranty Guidelines.

Starwatt™ Warranty Claim Process

To keep a track of each and every incident, we prefer a written mode of communication over E-mail (support@starwatt.in) for tracking and recording purposes.

STEP 1 - Raise Warranty Claim

To Raise a Warranty Claim request, Fill the below-mentioned form. Before filling this form, Kindly read Starwatt™ Mini UPS Warranty Terms & Conditions. The RMA Team after looking into your Claim Request will revert you on E-MAIL with their appropriate decision.

STEP 2 - Send the Faulty UPS

If the warranty claim is authorized, Pack the Defective / Damaged Starwatt UPS (without accessories) and Send it to the service center as per the directions of the support executive mentioned in the received in the Email. For any queries, reply back to that same email.

STEP 3 - Share the Package Tracking ID

Share the tracking / docket id and the courier name over the same email as this will be used to track the shipment. As soon as we receive the tracking ID, A UPS replacement unit will be dispatched within 24 Hours.

STEP 4 - Replacement Unit Dispatch

Claims will be processed after Receiving the receipt of the return package. As soon as we receive the tracking ID, A UPS replacement unit will be dispatched to your provided address within 24 Hours.
