Please note that all Starwatt® products come with a standard warranty as per our Warranty Terms & Conditions, which covers manufacturing defects and product issues within the specified warranty period. The free pick-up and drop service is an optional benefit provided as a gesture of appreciation to customers who choose to share honest reviews about their experience with the product. This review helps us improve and grow, but it is not mandatory. If you choose not to submit a review, you are still fully eligible for the standard warranty coverage. However, in such cases, one-way shipping cost for warranty claims will be borne by the customer.
Starwatt does not force or influence customers to write reviews in exchange for warranty. The review request is voluntary and only applies to the additional free pick-up and drop facility.
