No matter how great something is, it eventually comes to an End. Even the Battery in your Starwatt Mini UPS that has been providing Uninterrupted Power to your Router, Modem, or any other device for such a long time. 

We are committed to ensuring that all our products are safe for the environment and for our customers. Being an ecologically responsible company and for customer safety, we are providing you with a battery replacement to ensure the proper disposal of e-waste.

We offer 2 Plans for Battery Replacement

  • Battery Replacement with Reverse Shipping by Starwatt @₹899: We will pick up the Device &  Make it Good as New and Ship it Back.

  • Battery Replacement with Self-Ship @₹699: You will Pack and ship the Device, We will Make it Good as New and Ship it Back.

Models Applicable: ROU1295V2T,  ROU5V2S, ROU12V2D, ROU129V2D,  ROU125V2D, ROU12V2S, ROU9V2S, ROU9V2D, ROU9V2S

Each Plan Includes:

  • Battery Replacement.
  • Complete the Functionality Test, Investigate and Repair the Issue.
  • 6 – Months Warranty Post Battery Replacement.
  • Battery Replacement Service Invoice.

Battery Replacement with Reverse Shipping by Starwatt @₹899

Step 1: Get the BRP  ID Number: Speak to our customer care (or) send an email (preferably) to obtain a “BRP  ID Number”

Step 2: Pack and mention BRP  ID Number: Please pack the product with an outer box and with all accessories.  Please mention the “BRP RMA Number” on the package. The product will be picked up by a STARWATT-authorised 3rd Party courier agency. 

Step 3: 48-72 Hour Service Time: We take up to 72 hours from the time we receive the product. The product will go through a 5-point check and the battery will be replaced. If there are any other failures, you will be intimated, and only after your consent repair will be taken up.

Step 4: Shipped back to you: We will ship your product back to your postal address and this will be free of cost to you.

Battery Replacement with Self-Ship @₹699

Step 1: Get the BRP  ID Number: Speak to our customer care (or) send an email (preferably) to obtain a “BRP  ID Number”

Step 2: Pack and mention “BRP  ID Number”: Pack the product with an outer box and with all accessories.  Please mention the “BRP ID Number” on the package. Please mail/courier your product to our Service center as per the directions of the Support Executive. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not take the liability of the product till it reaches our warehouse.

Step 3: 48-72 Hour Service Time: We take up to 72 hours from the time we receive the product. The product will go through a 5-point check and the battery will be replaced. If there are any other failures, you will be intimated, and only after your consent repair will be taken up.

Step 5: Shipped back to you: We will ship your product back to your postal address and this will be free of cost to you
